The briefest possible answer is that Dyke is a plastic time and career-server.
If he weren’t’ one, he would not have to resign from his only ‘significant’ job as director general of the Brothelising Blairing lying Corporation, the BBC.
Dyke has of course sought to paint his ‘tussles’ with Blair himself and with the Blair regime as if Dyke had some ethical superiority as compared with Alistair Campbell, the equivalent t in today’s Britain, to the key devil in the den of Satan itself.
But Dyke can rest assured that he is not going to go down as a sort of champion of justice and fairness. Let alone of the truth.
The BBC was made worse by Dyke, as if it was not already bad enough.
With the BBC now having no morality and no pretence about having any ethical obligations to prefer telling the truth, the world is made even more dangerous than when the BBC had some pretence to preferring the truth to outright, blanket propaganda and lying.
Not because the BBC is thus shown as having been a key infrequence for the good. Far from it.
The BBC is a blocker of the truth. A blocker against other broadcasters - and disseminators - who would tell the truth had it not been for the blanket cover that the BBC provides against them.
The BBC is thereby the daily hourly minute by minute continuation of empire and imperialism against the truth.
And Dyke has no idea of just how bad and evil that is and has been for the world.
During his time as the BBC DG Dyke did not address this, as he was ignorant of it, indifferent to it.
The posit of DG is less important than it is presented to be.
The setters of the agenda at the BBC are far more insidious than the apparently identifiable carrier of the can.
But Dyke was not really hostile those setters of the agenda.
What Dyke contrived to say by way of controversy were stunts and jokes.
They were not serious.
What Dyke has said in his so-called book after being forced to resign does not amount to telling the truth.

How Tower Hamlets Council is funding crooks to deprive the most deprived

As has been shown over the mysterious reports about alleged ‘Blair dishonours sleaze scandal’ - police inquiries, there is deep corruption in British public institutions. Because of that, the campaign against corruption in Britain is not receiving the support of any of the media. Be it local, be it UK wide. Be it in print. Be it in broadcasting. Be it even on the current so-called independent source of fact and information, the internet. Or its even more volatile offshoots and sub-media, the increasingly Establishment-appropriated podcasts and so on.
And the reason is very simple: the people behind these technological uses and abuses remain the same. Their minds and their mentalities are the same as those of their counterparts who had relatively exclusive access to the media of mass communication and propaganda before the advent in the past 10 years of the newest mass medium as led by and based on the world wide web.
The task for those who want to defend their communities and their human rights is not made any easier by the preponderance of theoretical access to all these new media. if anything, the task has gotten a good deal more complex and complicated. The prerequisites have got a good deal longer. But the capacity of the ordinary person has not got any bigger. The ability to withstand barrages of lies and lying on the media has not increased. The result is that an additional burden on the mind and on the soul has been imposed.
Like the burden of being faced with a new lie. The lie is couched in a myth. The myth that your average local council is actually looking out for you, you ordinary person.
Being an ordinary person and physically existing in what is called the London borough of Tower Hamlets is not made at all pleasant morally when faced with a bombshell-like heading in a so-called local paper [‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’] which appeared to be addressing – at long last – the corroding phenomenon of the Council’s ‘community funding’ being hijacked and looted by collections of criminals disguised and PRSENTED BY THE 'LOCAL PAPERS' [SUCH AS THE 'TOWER Hamlets Recorder' and its alleged stable mate the 'East London Idiotiser'] as 'professionals and leaders of the community' who also enjoy the protection and promotion of the same Council. Alas! That headline was only a heading. The accompanying report as published in the Idiotically-edited and controlled ‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’ is full of phrases that d not amount to even 1 percent of the truth about what the controlling claque on Tower Hamlets Council actually gets upto and does. The ‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’ is not known for ethically journalistically recording the truth of what is actually going on, what are the real needs and what are the real and unjustifiable failures of the holders of the key decision-making posts and positions in the name of the people of the borough of Tower Hamlets any way. It is itself a bogus name. Most of the pages of the ‘Tower Hamlets recorder’ arte stuffed to the limits by garbage ads and garbage ’news’ that address the peripheries of life of the people living or existing in the areas further to the East of the Borough of Tower Hamlets and have no political, social, economic relevance to the daily struggles that go in the population of Tower Hamlets borough. That fraud in the name and the confidence trick in the contents of the ‘Tower Hamlets recorder’ is only the surface flaws. The deeper flaws are far more damaging to the rights of the people. I shall examine those and update my previous examinations of those in the course of this essay which will be published in abridged form over the next two weeks looking at the existing ‘press’ circulating in the area of Tower Hamlets.
As I have practised throughout the years of using reporting as part of the struggle to defend the community against the usurpers, the infiltrators and the violators, I go out of my way to give even the violators the advance notice and the opportunity to have their say in the context of what I am saying or am about to say about heir relevant conduct and actions. For I struggle to uphold the universal standards of human right. Which essentially include the rights f the wrongdoers to have their say. I shall do what is physically and morally possible to afford those wrong-doers the opportunity to tell me what ethical, moral legal or constitutional right they have for what they do, for what they are doing and why they are doing it As part of this, I rang Tower Hamlets Council’s newly-confirmed chief executive Martin Smith has not contacted me following the message I left for him on Wednesday to get in touch.
Tower Hamlets Council is a ‘deprived’ borough. Everyone knows this. That it is also plagued by one of the most corrupt local councils to be found in the UK today is not so widely recognised. There is a reason for this disparity in publicity.
Whereas calling an area deprived does not of itself expose to public scrutiny the failures and or the incompetence let alone the corruption of any ‘elected regime’ in control of the local Council or indeed of the local parliamentary constituency, calling any local council corrupt draws attention to a apparently obvious shortcoming that is not tenable. And to call a local council corrupt requires a certain amount of preparedness to make do without the patronage of that council.
This preparedness is not visible in the behaviour of the ‘local press’, which routinely promotes the Council. It follows that what they say occasionally about the remote chance [the local press only ever concede a remote chance, never an immediate actuality] of there being corruption and misuse in and by the local Council does not constitute any significant criticism of the corrupt Council.
The image of the Council therefore remains one of a harmless local Council doing ‘its best to serve the local community’.
This image is a wrong one.
This image is wrong because every day, those making decisions in the name of the local Tower Hamlets Council include a significant number of councillors and employees who are embarked on promoting projects of their own, which invariably are projects prompted by these individuals’ own selfishness and greed and corruption. These activities are only ‘shared’ with either their councillor colleagues or co-employees of the Tower Hamlets Council
I wanted Mr Smith to be available so I could get his response to a number of questions that arose following the publication earlier on that day [Wednesday 18 April 2007] of a statement attributed to him as expressing concern about the misuse and fraudulent use of funding made available by Tower Hamlets Council to groups in the community.
My particular interest is in the alleged statement of concern by this chief executive at the abuse of council funding or of public funding that has been highlighted during the very lenient court trial [in my view] of a small number of perpetrators held at the Southwark Crown Court.
I doubt that Martin Smith ever will contact me to be quizzed on the subject.
I say this because unlike Martin Smith, I have been ACTIVELY opposed to corruption in Tower Hamlets itself for more than 30 years. This is a central theme in all my actions and campaigns. I believe that the abuse of public office and the linked abuse of public resource is at the centre of the problem of the worsening of the standard of life for the whole community.
And as one of the consequences of that, I have encountered deep and persistent obstruction from every single one of the parade of holders of the town clerk’s post in that Council.
‘Chief Executive’ is of course, what the town clerk used to be before the corrupting rebranding of the post.
I have been looking for a holder of and in that post who is in fact actively opposed to Council-funded corruption.
I have been so looking for such a post-holder since way before the ushering in of the pro-racist, pro-mental slavish orgy of ethnicity-linked Council-funded corruption in the East End following the mobilisation in the local community of legitimate opposition to the racist murder of Altab Ali in 1978.
It is possible that Martin Smith would have been on the side of the obstructers to my campaign against public-funded or Council-funded corruption during the past 30 plus years if at any time in that period he had held a post in either Tower Hamlets Council or in any other London ‘local authority’.
The ‘local authority’ could have been the Greedier Livingstone Conurbation [GLC] or the Intensively Lousy Education Absurdity [ILEA]
And as one of the consequences of that, I have encountered deep and persistent obstruction from every single one of the parade of holders of the town clerk’s post in that council. ‘Chief Executive’ is of course, what the town clerk used to be before the corrupting rebranding of the post.
It is also likely that Martin Smith, at least since his being confirmed as the successor to Christine Gilbert, would have been made aware – if he had himself not been aware - of my longstanding opposition to Council-funded corruption and my clear opposition to the corrupting role played by every single one of the holders of that post including the last substantive one, Christine Gilbert.
That awareness would not make Martin Smith feel confident that he would be able to make a banal statement, like the one [as carried in the ‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’ dated Wednesday 18 April 2007] I wanted to question him about, and be allowed to claim any credibility whatever that he was on the side of the community and against the fraudsters and crooks who abuse the community via public and or Council funding and patronage and links.
I would have wanted to know more from him than he has been reported as stating about what had happened to so much public funding that Tower Hamlets Council made available in the name of the local community to the various groups.
It is not an accident that there is so much abuse of Council funding. That operation is a deliberately designed corrupting instrument that could only have been allowed to take place with the approval of central and local establishment elements. Included among the key elements in control on the present formally constituted Tower Hamlets Council are some of the most zealous and fanatic backers and apologists of Tony Blair and everything that Blair and the Blair administration stands for. These elements are on the record, as far as that record has been actually published via the ‘East End Lies’ or via any other ordinarily circulated and ordinarily available source of public information about the activities of the locally elected’ councillors and their appointees, as NOT criticising any corruption. The ONLY reference to corruption is made as a rarity ands as a reluctant one. This is in stark and blazing contrast to the widespread knowledge on the part of the majority of the people in the affected community that the Council is corrupt. That the councillors are corrupt. That the council employees are corrupt.
This knowledge is of course based on and is acquired via the experience of people who ever come into any significant contact with any of these outfits that are funded by or via the Tower Hamlets Council.
The experience is that the outfits are not there to actually serve the community.
In the majority of the cases, the staffing is not appropriate. The personnel are either wrongly trained or not trained at all to deal with the service that on paper the outface concerned in a given area may be funded to provide.
A large number of controlling positions on these outfits are appropriated by either sitting councillors or by former councillors. Or by those that may be traced to sitting councillors or former councillors. These links CANNOT be dealt with – examined, scrutinised or audited – by ordinary accounting ‘inspections’. These can only ever be dealt with by a wider scrutiny which does not exist, which has never existed. That wider scrutiny is of course only possible to put in place with the combined resources that only a dedicated understanding of and identity with the community can produce.
It is the culture of corruption that is typified by Tony Blair who has been unable to shake off the charges in the public domain that he is even more deeply entangled in the abuse of that public office than has been discovered in relation to any of the other holders of the post of Prime Minister in the recent past.
Some, linked with the Daily Mail group of propaganda, would call Blair worse than I am calling him here: they would say that he has been the most corrupt Prime Minister ever.
Of course, I have commented on Blair’s collusion with GW Bush elsewhere. In those comments, I have described Blair as a very dark, deeply immoral holder of that public office. I have held him responsible for aiding and abetting G W Bush in bringing about the Dark Age on the world stage.
I have said this in the context of the role that Blair has played in making the evil, Dark Age reviver G W Bush look as if he has legitimate ‘international’ support. Blair has misrepresented the state of public opinion [not as falsely reported by the propaganda sheets and the BBC and the so-called independent TV outfits outside of the BBC like ITV and SKY] in the UK. And in his falsification, Blair has added the deeply poisonous dimension of state sponsored lying as an acceptable almost normal standard in our world. As compared to the lying by Blair, the lying of Putin et al cannot be excused but even the likes of Putin can justify a great deal of the evil that they do against the people in their own territories – and those in the other territories that they occupy by violating all tenets of universal laws of human rights and freedom - which they would have been unable to do had it not been for the apparent credence and as I say almost legitimacy that Blair has given to doing evil by abusing the access to the powers of the state.
Blair has been described even by some of his erstwhile propagandists and Quality of life suffers irreparably if the holders of office are motivated by their own personal self interests at the expense of the rights and needs of the community.
These holders can only allow abuse of the funding powers and facilities available to the public body to which they belong at the time if they have no respect for the rights of the community.
I have argued along this line for as long as there has been any legal powers available to local authorities to make grants of funds to community-based outfits.
I say ‘outfits’ as different from ‘community groups’ advisedly.
These outfits are the creatures of corrupt individuals whose main motivation behind getting involved as ‘seekers of public office’ is to get hold of some levers of grant making, grant-obtaining powers and facilities. And to abuse those levers and anything else they could get their hands on to further their petty personal interests.
It is widely known fact that the largest sums of Council linked funds are made to those outfits that are also controlled by elements and characters who either in effect include some who double as key members on the Council or who have their own cronies in control of these outfits.
In the case of Tower Hamlets, where the former Labour Party has had the longest running hold on the local council as well as on the two parliamentary constituencies [with the exception of the 2005 election when the voters decided to remove that hold as it was represented by Oona King], the application of mass corruption via Council-linked funding is denied. And undeniable.

Tony Blair has again failed to answer the key question about his legacy of discrimination, especially the legacy that he is set to leave behind of creating wider gaps between the looters of the society’s resources and the actual people who contribute to the creation and maintenance of the resources than he would have the moral or ethical or democratic honesty to admit.. This lunchtime’s ‘PMQs’ produced the typical BBC servitude, as fronted by John Pie-in-the-sky- on Radio 5 lies. Piner scarcely shows any awareness of the fact that he is under serious constitutional, ethical, 'professional', moral duties and obligations to examine the evidence and that he is not at all entitled to promote Blair. Piner failed, to examine the evidence and the 'causes' of Blair’s poverty creation in the UK just as did Cameron, the so-called official opposition leader in the UK House of Commons -

Also attacked by CrossRail hole Bill will be the Whitechapel Road and adjoining streets and similar parts farther along and to the east of Whitechapel, in Stepney.
Crossrail is not intended for the use of local people in Tower Hamlets. It is intended to be used by the very rich and by their agents. On the face of it, Crossrail is a ‘Cross London Railway Link’. Hidden inside the plan is a programme of takeover of large parts of East End for the property speculating companies and their co-looters of public resources. Property speculators and construction conglomerates will swallow up the main share of the £25 to £30 Billion that will be looted from the UK Treasury. Money that belongs to the public. Money that will be taken away and kept away from the public by in effect private outfits that are too big for any accountability IN TIME to be demanded or obtained from them by the people.
Since Blair revived the monstrosity called ‘Undone mayor’ Ken Livingstone from the political abyss [1999-2000], Livingstone has had no reason to feel at all impelled to show any affiliations with the real social project. How is it an obscenity?
The briefest possible answer is that Dyke is a plastic time and career-server.
If he weren’t’ one, he would not have to resign in from his only ‘significant’ job as director general of the Brothelising Blairing lying Corporation, the BBC.
Dyke has of course sought to pain his tussles with the Blair regime as if Dyke had some ethical superiority as compared with Alistair Campbell, the equivalent t in today’s Britain, to the key devil in the den of Satan itself.
But Dyke can rest assured that he is not going to go down as a sort of champion of justice and fairness. Let alone of the truth.
The BBC was made worse by Dyke, as if it was not already bad enough.
With the BBC now having no morality and no pretence about having any ethical obligations to prefer telling the truth, the world is made even more dangerous than when the BBC had some pretence to preferring the truth to outright, blanket propaganda and lying.
Not because the BBC is thus shown as having been a key infrequence for the good. Far from it.
The BBC is a blocker of the truth. A blocker against other broadcasters - and disseminators - who would tell the truth had it not been for the blanket cover that the BBC provides against them.
The BBC is thereby the daily hourly minute by minute continuation of empire and imperialism against the truth.
And Dyke has no idea of just how bad and evil that is and has been for the world.
During his time as the BBC DG Dyke did not address this, as he was ignorant of it, indifferent to it.
The posit of DG is less important than it is presented to be.
The setters of the agenda at the BBC are far more insidious than the apparently identifiable carrier of the can.
But Dyke was not really hostile those setters of the agenda.
What Dyke contrived to say by way of controversy were stunts and jokes.
They were not serious.
What Dyke has said in his so-called book after being forced to resign does not amount to telling the truth.
He pi9nes fort power.
He dopes not pine for the power to tell the truth and the opportunity to tell the truth.
In his hypocrisy. Dyke is in the same category as Blair when it comes to telling the truth.
By appearing to blame Blair and his entourage, Dyke is only condemning himself and his own little cronies spread across the propaganda business in the UK.

As has been shown over the mysterious reports about alleged ‘Blair dishonours sleaze scandal’ - police inquiries, there is deep corruption in British public institutions. Because of that, the campaign against corruption in Britain is not receiving the support of any of the media. Be it local, be it UK wide. Be it in print. Be it in broadcasting. Be it even on the current so-called independent source of fact and information, the internet. Or its even more volatile offshoots and sub-media, the increasingly Establishment-appropriated podcasts and so on.
And the reason is very simple: the people behind these technological uses and abuses remain the same. Their minds and their mentalities are the same as those of their counterparts who had relatively exclusive access to the media of mass communication and propaganda before the advent in the past 10 years of the newest mass medium as led by and based on the world wide web.
The task for those who want to defend their communities and their human rights is not made any easier by the preponderance of theoretical access to all these new media. if anything, the task has gotten a good deal more complex and complicated. The prerequisites have got a good deal longer. But the capacity of the ordinary person has not got any bigger. The ability to withstand barrages of lies and lying on the media has not increased. The result is that an additional burden on the mind and on the soul has been imposed.
Like the burden of being faced with a new lie. The lie is couched in a myth. The myth that your average local council is actually looking out for you, you ordinary person.
Being an ordinary person and physically existing in what is called the London borough of Tower Hamlets is not made at all pleasant morally when faced with a bombshell-like heading in a so-called local paper [‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’] which appeared to be addressing – at long last – the corroding phenomenon of the Council’s ‘community funding’ being hijacked and looted by collections of criminals disguised and PRSENTED BY THE 'LOCAL PAPERS' [SUCH AS THE 'TOWER Hamlets Recorder' and its alleged stable mate the 'East London Idiotiser'] as 'professionals and leaders of the community' who also enjoy the protection and promotion of the same Council. Alas! That headline was only a heading. The accompanying report as published in the Idiotically-edited and controlled ‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’ is full of phrases that d not amount to even 1 percent of the truth about what the controlling claque on Tower Hamlets Council actually gets upto and does. The ‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’ is not known for ethically journalistically recording the truth of what is actually going on, what are the real needs and what are the real and unjustifiable failures of the holders of the key decision-making posts and positions in the name of the people of the borough of Tower Hamlets any way. It is itself a bogus name. Most of the pages of the ‘Tower Hamlets recorder’ arte stuffed to the limits by garbage ads and garbage ’news’ that address the peripheries of life of the people living or existing in the areas further to the East of the Borough of Tower Hamlets and have no political, social, economic relevance to the daily struggles that go in the population of Tower Hamlets borough. That fraud in the name and the confidence trick in the contents of the ‘Tower Hamlets recorder’ is only the surface flaws. The deeper flaws are far more damaging to the rights of the people. I shall examine those and update my previous examinations of those in the course of this essay which will be published in abridged form over the next two weeks looking at the existing ‘press’ circulating in the area of Tower Hamlets.
As I have practised throughout the years of using reporting as part of the struggle to defend the community against the usurpers, the infiltrators and the violators, I go out of my way to give even the violators the advance notice and the opportunity to have their say in the context of what I am saying or am about to say about heir relevant conduct and actions. For I struggle to uphold the universal standards of human right. Which essentially include the rights f the wrongdoers to have their say. I shall do what is physically and morally possible to afford those wrong-doers the opportunity to tell me what ethical, moral legal or constitutional right they have for what they do, for what they are doing and why they are doing it As part of this, I rang Tower Hamlets Council’s newly-confirmed chief executive Martin Smith has not contacted me following the message I left for him on Wednesday to get in touch.
Tower Hamlets Council is a ‘deprived’ borough. Everyone knows this. That it is also plagued by one of the most corrupt local councils to be found in the UK today is not so widely recognised. There is a reason for this disparity in publicity.
Whereas calling an area deprived does not of itself expose to public scrutiny the failures and or the incompetence let alone the corruption of any ‘elected regime’ in control of the local Council or indeed of the local parliamentary constituency, calling any local council corrupt draws attention to a apparently obvious shortcoming that is not tenable. And to call a local council corrupt requires a certain amount of preparedness to make do without the patronage of that council.
This preparedness is not visible in the behaviour of the ‘local press’, which routinely promotes the Council. It follows that what they say occasionally about the remote chance [the local press only ever concede a remote chance, never an immediate actuality] of there being corruption and misuse in and by the local Council does not constitute any significant criticism of the corrupt Council.
The image of the Council therefore remains one of a harmless local Council doing ‘its best to serve the local community’.
This image is a wrong one.
This image is wrong because every day, those making decisions in the name of the local Tower Hamlets Council include a significant number of councillors and employees who are embarked on promoting projects of their own, which invariably are projects prompted by these individuals’ own selfishness and greed and corruption. These activities are only ‘shared’ with either their councillor colleagues or co-employees of the Tower Hamlets Council
I wanted Mr Smith to be available so I could get his response to a number of questions that arose following the publication earlier on that day [Wednesday 18 April 2007] of a statement attributed to him as expressing concern about the misuse and fraudulent use of funding made available by Tower Hamlets Council to groups in the community.
My particular interest is in the alleged statement of concern by this chief executive at the abuse of council funding or of public funding that has been highlighted during the very lenient court trial [in my view] of a small number of perpetrators held at the Southwark Crown Court.
I doubt that Martin Smith ever will contact me to be quizzed on the subject.
I say this because unlike Martin Smith, I have been ACTIVELY opposed to corruption in Tower Hamlets itself for more than 30 years. This is a central theme in all my actions and campaigns. I believe that the abuse of public office and the linked abuse of public resource is at the centre of the problem of the worsening of the standard of life for the whole community.
And as one of the consequences of that, I have encountered deep and persistent obstruction from every single one of the parade of holders of the town clerk’s post in that Council.
‘Chief Executive’ is of course, what the town clerk used to be before the corrupting rebranding of the post.
I have been looking for a holder of and in that post who is in fact actively opposed to Council-funded corruption.
I have been so looking for such a post-holder since way before the ushering in of the pro-racist, pro-mental slavish orgy of ethnicity-linked Council-funded corruption in the East End following the mobilisation in the local community of legitimate opposition to the racist murder of Altab Ali in 1978.
It is possible that Martin Smith would have been on the side of the obstructers to my campaign against public-funded or Council-funded corruption during the past 30 plus years if at any time in that period he had held a post in either Tower Hamlets Council or in any other London ‘local authority’.
The ‘local authority’ could have been the Greedier Livingstone Conurbation [GLC] or the Intensively Lousy Education Absurdity [ILEA]
And as one of the consequences of that, I have encountered deep and persistent obstruction from every single one of the parade of holders of the town clerk’s post in that council. ‘Chief Executive’ is of course, what the town clerk used to be before the corrupting rebranding of the post.
It is also likely that Martin Smith, at least since his being confirmed as the successor to Christine Gilbert, would have been made aware – if he had himself not been aware - of my longstanding opposition to Council-funded corruption and my clear opposition to the corrupting role played by every single one of the holders of that post including the last substantive one, Christine Gilbert.
That awareness would not make Martin Smith feel confident that he would be able to make a banal statement, like the one [as carried in the ‘Tower Hamlets Recorder’ dated Wednesday 18 April 2007] I wanted to question him about, and be allowed to claim any credibility whatever that he was on the side of the community and against the fraudsters and crooks who abuse the community via public and or Council funding and patronage and links.
I would have wanted to know more from him than he has been reported as stating about what had happened to so much public funding that Tower Hamlets Council made available in the name of the local community to the various groups.
It is not an accident that there is so much abuse of Council funding. That operation is a deliberately designed corrupting instrument that could only have been allowed to take place with the approval of central and local establishment elements. Included among the key elements in control on the present formally constituted Tower Hamlets Council are some of the most zealous and fanatic backers and apologists of Tony Blair and everything that Blair and the Blair administration stands for. These elements are on the record, as far as that record has been actually published via the ‘East End Lies’ or via any other ordinarily circulated and ordinarily available source of public information about the activities of the locally elected’ councillors and their appointees, as NOT criticising any corruption. The ONLY reference to corruption is made as a rarity ands as a reluctant one. This is in stark and blazing contrast to the widespread knowledge on the part of the majority of the people in the affected community that the Council is corrupt. That the councillors are corrupt. That the council employees are corrupt.
This knowledge is of course based on and is acquired via the experience of people who ever come into any significant contact with any of these outfits that are funded by or via the Tower Hamlets Council.
The experience is that the outfits are not there to actually serve the community.
In the majority of the cases, the staffing is not appropriate. The personnel are either wrongly trained or not trained at all to deal with the service that on paper the outface concerned in a given area may be funded to provide.
A large number of controlling positions on these outfits are appropriated by either sitting councillors or by former councillors. Or by those that may be traced to sitting councillors or former councillors. These links CANNOT be dealt with – examined, scrutinised or audited – by ordinary accounting ‘inspections’. These can only ever be dealt with by a wider scrutiny which does not exist, which has never existed. That wider scrutiny is of course only possible to put in place with the combined resources that only a dedicated understanding of and identity with the community can produce.
It is the culture of corruption that is typified by Tony Blair who has been unable to shake off the charges in the public domain that he is even more deeply entangled in the abuse of that public office than has been discovered in relation to any of the other holders of the post of Prime Minister in the recent past.
Some, linked with the Daily Mail group of propaganda, would call Blair worse than I am calling him here: they would say that he has been the most corrupt Prime Minister ever.
Of course, I have commented on Blair’s collusion with GW Bush elsewhere. In those comments, I have described Blair as a very dark, deeply immoral holder of that public office. I have held him responsible for aiding and abetting G W Bush in bringing about the Dark Age on the world stage.
I have said this in the context of the role that Blair has played in making the evil, Dark Age reviver G W Bush look as if he has legitimate ‘international’ support. Blair has misrepresented the state of public opinion [not as falsely reported by the propaganda sheets and the BBC and the so-called independent TV outfits outside of the BBC like ITV and SKY] in the UK. And in his falsification, Blair has added the deeply poisonous dimension of state sponsored lying as an acceptable almost normal standard in our world. As compared to the lying by Blair, the lying of Putin et al cannot be excused but even the likes of Putin can justify a great deal of the evil that they do against the people in their own territories – and those in the other territories that they occupy by violating all tenets of universal laws of human rights and freedom - which they would have been unable to do had it not been for the apparent credence and as I say almost legitimacy that Blair has given to doing evil by abusing the access to the powers of the state.
Blair has been described even by some of his erstwhile propagandists and Quality of life suffers irreparably if the holders of office are motivated by their own personal self interests at the expense of the rights and needs of the community.
These holders can only allow abuse of the funding powers and facilities available to the public body to which they belong at the time if they have no respect for the rights of the community.
I have argued along this line for as long as there has been any legal powers available to local authorities to make grants of funds to community-based outfits.
I say ‘outfits’ as different from ‘community groups’ advisedly.
These outfits are the creatures of corrupt individuals whose main motivation behind getting involved as ‘seekers of public office’ is to get hold of some levers of grant making, grant-obtaining powers and facilities. And to abuse those levers and anything else they could get their hands on to further their petty personal interests.
It is widely known fact that the largest sums of Council linked funds are made to those outfits that are also controlled by elements and characters who either in effect include some who double as key members on the Council or who have their own cronies in control of these outfits.
In the case of Tower Hamlets, where the former Labour Party has had the longest running hold on the local council as well as on the two parliamentary constituencies [with the exception of the 2005 election when the voters decided to remove that hold as it was represented by Oona King], the application of mass corruption via Council-linked funding is denied. And undeniable.

We show how ‘Abbas Uddin’ ‘Helal’ has stayed silent to repeated questions concerning his private links with certain parties [not accountable to either the community or to the wider electorate as a whole] and who [those parties] have been secretly backing the Council’s propaganda programme aimed at misleading the community that is threaten by Crossrail hole attacks and by other anticommunity actions, policies and collusions of the local Tower Hamlets Council - the programme which has been mounted to say that the Crossrail threat against the community no longer exists
That lie is benefiting those, like ‘Abbas Uddin’ ‘Helal’ who can pose as being ‘harmless local councillors’

Briefly, Khoodeelaar! is defending the Brick Lane, Whitechapel, Stepney London E1 Area against Crossrail.
Crossrail hole is the main problem. The Crossrail hole will be dug in the middle of Hanbury Street and Princelet Street, unless we stop it now
Also attacked by CrossRail hole Bill will be the Whitechapel Road and adjoining streets and similar parts farther along and to the east of Whitechapel, in Stepney.
Crossrail is not intended for the use of local people in Tower Hamlets. It is intended to be used by the very rich and by their agents. On the face of it, Crossrail is a ‘Cross London Railway Link’. Hidden inside the plan is a programme of takeover of large parts of East End for the property speculating companies and their co-looters of public resources. Property speculators and construction conglomerates will swallow up the main share of the £25 to £30 Billion that will be looted from the UK Treasury. Money that belongs to the public. Money that will be taken away and kept away from the public by in effect private outfits that are too big for any accountability IN TIME to be demanded or obtained from them by the people.
Since Blair revived the monstrosity called ‘Undone mayor’ Ken Livingstone from the political abyss [1999-2000], Livingstone has had no reason to feel at all impelled to show any affiliations with the real social project. Livingstone has gone from being occasionally candid about his really Tory proclivities to brazenly boasting about some chillingly fascistic ‘achievements’ and traits’. For instance,. He has Livingstone has AT LAST come out as the grubby, greedy capitalist tout that he always had been. His cover as a ‘socialist’ was blown this past week by none other than capitalism’s most outrageous specimens, Rupert Murdoch who used the London Times to give a most public seal of approval to Livingstone as the definitive tout in London for capitalism. Khoodeelaar! exposes further abuse by the BBC of the UK and London licence-payers’ money which is being abused by the BBC giving the liar in London Ken Livingstone the undeserved, the illegal and the unconstitutional, inaccurate, misleading, falsifying, fabricated, lying description and title ‘the mayor’ when the title that the fantasist Livingstone can claim to hold is as ‘the current mayor’ of London.
